Preparation of the injection molding machine before starting up
1. Clean the environment around the equipment and do not allow storage of items not related to production.
2. Clean the workbench and the inside and outside of the equipment. Use clean cotton sand to wipe the injection guide and clamp the tie rod.
3. Check whether the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating handles, and handwheels of the equipment are damaged or malfunction. The switches and handles should be in the "off" position.
4. Check whether the safety protection devices of the various parts of the equipment are sound and reliable. Check whether the test “emergency stop” is valid and reliable, whether the safety door slides flexibly, and whether the limit switch can be activated during switching.
5. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical lock levers, stop plates, and various safety protection switches, etc.) are not allowed to move casually, and are not allowed to be modified or deliberately made useless.
6. Check whether the screws of each part are tightened and loosened. If parts are found to be abnormal or damaged, they should be reported to the foreman and the foreman should handle it by himself or notify the maintenance personnel to handle it.
7. Inspect each cooling water circuit and try the water flow to see if the flow is smooth, blocked or leaking.
8. Check if there are any foreign objects inside the hopper. No objects should be stored above the hopper. The hopper cover should be covered to prevent dust and debris from falling into the hopper.
