Injection molding machine startup:
1. Close the machine's main power switch and check if the equipment is leaky. Preheat the barrel and mold according to the set process temperature. When the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature, it must be kept warm for more than 20 minutes to ensure the temperature of each part of the barrel. Uniform.
2. Open the oil cooler cooling water valve, cool the oil return and the conveying hose, and start the oil pump by jogging. No abnormal phenomenon is found before the oil pump is officially started. After the horse is displayed on the screen, the operation can only be performed. The role of the security door is normal.
3. Manually start the screw rotation to see whether the screw rotation sounds abnormal and stuck.
4. The operator must use the safety door. If the safety door trip switch malfunctions, it must not be turned on. Do not use the safety door (hood) operation.
5. All kinds of cover plates, protective covers, etc. of the electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of the operating equipment should be covered and fixed.
6. Off-duty operators, who are not allowed to press buttons or handles without permission, must not allow two or more people to operate the same injection molding machine at the same time.
7. When placing molds and inserts, it must be stable and reliable. If abnormalities are found in the mold closing process, stop immediately and inform relevant personnel to eliminate the malfunction.
8. When the machine is repaired or cleaned for a long time (more than 10 minutes), the injection seat must be retracted to move the nozzle away from the mold and the motor must be turned off. When maintenance personnel repair the machine, the operator is not allowed to remove the machine.
9. No one is allowed to start the motor when someone is handling the machine or mold.
10. The power must be turned off when the body enters the machine or the mold opens.
11. Avoid using the injection stand to strike the fixed mold when the mold is opened, so as to avoid the fixed mold falling off.
12. Air injection is generally not to exceed 5 seconds at a time. When two consecutive injections are not possible, notice that the neighbors are kept away from the danger zone. When clearing the nozzle tip, do not clean it directly by hand. Use iron pliers or other tools. To avoid burns.
13. There is high temperature, high pressure, and high power during the working process of the melt cartridge. It is forbidden to step on, cram, and shelving items on the cartridge to prevent burns, electric shocks and fire.
14. In the case of hoppers not feeding, metal rods, rods, and rough bucket hoppers are not allowed to avoid damage to the hopper screens, screen shields, and magnet frames. If the screw is in a rotating state, metal rods can easily get caught in the barrel. Seriously damaged equipment accidents.
15. When abnormal noises, odors, sparks, oil leaks and other abnormalities are detected in the operation of the machine tool, the machine shall be shut down immediately, immediately report to the relevant personnel, and explain the phenomenon of failure and possible causes.
16. Pay attention to safe operation. Do not allow any reason or excuse to perform operations that may cause personal injury or damage the equipment.
